Last Sunday my friend Erin and I attended a Zonta Fellowship event at Uva a wine shoppe here in Key West. We were able to try 7 different types of wine. 1 rose, 3 whites and 3 reds. I am not a huge fan of red wines but I did find a new white that I liked. I was actually surprised that it was less than $20 a bottle.
They do wine tastings everyday and also offer cheese and meat trays. Mark, the owner, was very informational and did a great job trying to wrangle our huge group of ladies. They really put a lot of time and thought into the interior of the shop. Even the counters were made from old wooden wine cases.
