I have been waiting to do a harvest in my garden since June! So far I have only gotten a TON of lettuce and some strawberries. I was so excited to go out to my garden today after working a long homestand and see that I had some ripe tomatoes, basil, squash and a carrot! My lunch was yummy! I had myself a caprese salad and the squash is going to be for dinner!
